You'll lead a field sales organization building and scaling provider partnerships across five regions, each with a Regional Manager and eight Managers. Your core impact is translating national strategy into repeatable regional execution while supporting large health system partnerships at senior levels.

• Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers
• Ensure consistent regional execution across performance standards
• Translate strategy into field-ready action plans with KPIs
• Support enterprise health system partnerships for adoption and expansion
• Act as connective tissue between field and HQ teams

📋 Requirements

• Manager-of-managers experience in a high-growth field sales organization
• Track record of developing strong leaders and scaling teams
• Experience with large health system or enterprise partnerships
• Strong talent judgment in hiring and performance management
