You'll lead SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy) and oversee financial statements and MD&A for a construction technology company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy)
• Oversee drafting of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement in SEC reporting processes

📋 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Strong technical accounting research and writing skills
• Advanced Excel skills
