You will support complex litigation as a plaintiffs' paralegal, coordinating case tasks, mentoring staff, and managing all phases of litigation from discovery through trial. Your work ensures seamless case management and high-quality legal support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of litigation motion practice, discovery, arbitration, trial, and appellate procedures
• Demonstrated proficiency in Bluebook citation formatting and legal citation practices
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to coach and train others
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, high-volume, demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign tasks to paralegals and legal assistants within an assigned practice area
• Assist with training and development of legal support staff
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and appellate procedures
• Manage trial preparation, transcripts, and trial exhibits
• Prepare, file, and organize pleadings and legal documents using Microsoft Word, CM/ECF, Docket Bird
