Description

You will lead a small privacy commercial team, drafting and negotiating data processing addenda and security exhibits for a SaaS identity provider. You'll collaborate with legal, sales, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with global privacy laws and support commercial transactions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience with at least 2 years in privacy and data protection transactional matters
• Familiarity with SaaS products and enterprise software company culture
• Knowledge of global privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with ability to build strong working relationships

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate privacy and data protection terms for outbound cloud service agreements
• Provide day-to-day legal support for privacy and data protection contract requests
• Support procurement team in drafting vendor agreement privacy terms
• Investigate and advise on privacy and security incidents
• Develop and maintain privacy and data protection standards and processes for Go-to-Market transactions
