💼 About This Role

You'll lead Analytics Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics teams to drive data strategy for Monopoly GO!. Your focus is on speed, access, and impact—enabling every team member to answer data questions without tickets. You'll set the AI vision and embed AI across the org.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set strategy and drive cross-functional alignment for data teams
• Define the data platform vision focusing on speed and reliability
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and self-serve analytics
• Build data literacy programs for non-technical partners

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data, analytics, or data science
• 5+ years managing director-level leaders
• Deep expertise in dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery, Looker/Tableau/Hex
• Hands-on fluency with LLM patterns (RAG, agents, prompt engineering)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in live-service mobile games or high-scale consumer apps
• Strong command of experimentation design and causal inference
• Proven track record of leading through delegation
