- Experience in territory management and planning
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue goals
- Close current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Manage daily activities, pipeline, forecast, and deals for above-quota results
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent
