💼 About This Role

You'll own QA coverage for assigned feature teams end-to-end at Speak, an AI-powered language learning platform. Your core impact is ensuring high-quality mobile and web releases through test planning, execution, and risk analysis. You'll also drive smarter QA workflows using AI tools and automation to scale coverage efficiently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and execute test plans and cases across iOS, Android, web, and backend.
• Conduct functional, regression, and design testing; track defects in Qase and Linear.
• Assess risk across features and own release candidate sign-off for your pods.
• Identify automatable tests and contribute to adopting AI-powered testing tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of QA experience with user-facing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Hands-on manual testing skills: find bugs, document with full context.
• Strong risk analysis instincts: prioritize what to test under time pressure.
• Experience writing structured test plans and test cases from product specs.

• Experience with AI-powered testing tools and methodology.
• Exposure to ASR or audio/speech product testing.
• Familiar with mobile automation frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest, Appium, Detox).
