💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Trial Library's commercial vision, GTM strategy, and revenue targets across health systems, biopharma, and payer engagements. You'll build and manage a commercial engine to convert top pharma prospects into long-term partners, while also defining the payer partnership strategy. This venture-backed startup is focused on improving health equity by accelerating access to cancer precision medicine through its AI-platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve commercial vision, GTM strategy, and revenue targets across all customer segments.
• Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and execution to meet ambitious revenue goals.
• Define and execute payer partnership strategy, including employer-sponsored plans.
• Lead, mentor, and grow an agile commercial team across sales, partnerships, and customer success.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years progressive experience in commercial leadership in healthcare, digital health, or life sciences.
• Proven track record of building and scaling revenue engines in high-growth organizations.
• Deep understanding of health system dynamics and biopharma partnerships.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy development and execution.
