You'll manage a portfolio of 25-30 commercial clients, focusing on retention, adoption, and growth. You'll conduct strategic QBRs and partner with Sales on renewals, leveraging platform data to drive client success. - Own client relationships post-onboarding for retention and growth
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic touchpoints
- Identify risks early and build mitigation strategies
- Leverage Salesforce and ChurnZero to track client health
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of Client Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Proven success managing 20-30 B2B accounts with ACVs of $70Kโ$150K
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Google Workspace
- Experience leading client strategy sessions like QBRs
