• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, scheduling, and stock counts
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive footfall

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years retail management experience
• Strong understanding of beauty or skincare retail
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Full availability including weekends and bank holidays
