• Monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
• Update and manage Jira task tracking systems.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task closures.
• Organize documentation, dashboards, and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations or coordination role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira including dashboards and automations.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
