💼 About This Role

You'll join a property operations team to maintain apartment communities. Your work ensures resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventative maintenance. This role offers paid EPA certification after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to after-hour emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
