🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Create and update internal HR processes and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting including sourcing and interviewing.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Ashby.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
