🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of refinery consulting projects.
• Develop and review project plans, resource allocations, and timelines.
• Manage workstreams such as blending, energy intensity, and hydrocarbon loss control.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver status reports to senior stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of refinery operations management experience.
• Strong background in managing operational workstreams like blending and energy efficiency.
• Proven experience in project management of complex multi-stakeholder engagements.

• MBA or postgraduate degree.
