You'll manage patient registration, scheduling, and support for a tech-enabled physical therapy platform, coordinating calls and records for new and existing patients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage patient registration, scheduling, and rescheduling processes
• Obtain and communicate patient information (ID, history, insurance, etc.)
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate healthcare provider calls
• Make outbound calls and emails to patient leads

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of office admin experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable high-speed internet with backup option

• Call center or high call volume experience preferred
