💼 About This Role

You'll own the development and operations of hands-on lab ecosystems for identity security products at a fast-growing cybersecurity company. You'll design scalable lab topologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable technical training at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable multi-tenant lab topologies for identity environments
• Implement and maintain lab delivery platform (e.g., Skillable) integrations
• Collaborate with SMEs to create scenario-based labs for certification paths
• Develop automated validation checks for lab success criteria

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with focus on Active Directory and Azure AD
• 5+ years designing hands-on lab environments for technical training
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, networking, virtualization, Azure
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Skillable or similar lab platforms
• Background in cybersecurity or identity security
• Familiarity with Semperis products (DSP, ADFR, DRET, etc.)
