You'll lead Akur8's commercial growth across Iberia & Mexico, driving sales of our SaaS insurance pricing platform to P&C carriers. You'll own the full sales cycle, mentor a team of 2, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate revenue in key markets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and execute sales strategy for Iberia & Mexico
• Develop relationships with C-level insurance decision-makers
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 sales professionals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
• 3-5 years in a senior or director-level sales role
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills
