💼 About This Role

You'll design and evolve core platform capabilities that power multiple product teams at SeekOut. Your work will focus on building scalable, secure, and reliable systems that abstract complexity and improve developer productivity. This role offers the chance to own critical shared infrastructure handling hundreds of millions of data points with sub-second latency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own core platform services, data pipelines and shared APIs
• Build scalable, low-latency infrastructure with strong reliability
• Enable product teams through self-service tooling and abstractions
• Lead platform architecture decisions and conduct incident response

📋 Requirements

• At least 6-8 years of software engineering experience
• Experience in C# or Java (object-oriented languages)
• Experience building cloud production infrastructure with Azure, AWS, or GCP
