💼 About This Role

You'll develop and maintain AML/CTF and KYC compliance programs for Binance in the MENA region, ensuring alignment with VARA, DFSA, and FSRA regulations. You'll conduct risk assessments and coordinate with global compliance teams to uphold industry-leading standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement compliance programs for AML/CTF, KYC, and sanctions.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance in MENA.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage inquiries and reporting.
• Coordinate with global compliance teams to align objectives and processes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in financial services in MENA.
• Experience with DFSA, FSRA, VARA, or CBB regulations.
• Direct crypto/fintech/web3 experience is mandatory.
