You will own the product execution framework, manage menu planning tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize menu variety, quality, and costs for the Irish market, driving customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in product operations or similar field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SQL experience is a plus.
• Highly data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Execution Framework to finalize menus according to strategy and operational constraints.
• Manage and maintain the menu planning tool (GAMP) to generate and iterate menus.
• Execute rigorous final checks on costs, variety, and seasonality before final approval.
• Track and communicate menu costs to meet KPIs and drive value engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational or supply challenges.
