Requirements

• Experience managing and coaching a team of 8-10 members
• Direct experience in operations with national key accounts
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Lead and oversee Sales Operations team daily tasks and workflows
• Develop and implement operational goals, policies, and procedures
