Description

You will drive the implementation and optimization of advanced HR technology solutions, with a focus on AI and automation. You'll partner with stakeholders across People, IT, and Engineering to shape the future of how the People Team operates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Tech experience with hands-on implementation of HRIS, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven HR tools
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered tools in HR and understanding of use cases and best practices
• Proven ability to drive technology projects from concept through implementation, including process analysis and change management
• Strategic, innovative thinker who bridges technical and business perspectives
• Excellent communicator and collaborator experienced in stakeholder management and user training

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize AI-powered HR tech solutions and workflow automation platforms
• Document and analyze HR processes, focusing on Workday and Greenhouse, and identify automation opportunities
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering to define problem statements and deliver AI-enabled solutions
• Champion change by influencing stakeholders to adopt new technology-enabled ways of working
• Develop training materials to ensure user adoption of new tools and processes
