💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to create a visually appealing environment. You'll work the register and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Work the register and process sales transactions
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Help maintain stock room and store cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product using store equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
