Description

You will deliver complex post-sales technical engagements for enterprise customers, including integrations, migrations, and AI deployments. You'll collaborate with top-tier clients and internal teams to drive business outcomes and enable partners.

Requirements

• Experienced in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success with enterprise customers
• Skilled in web development (React), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and/or SSO/SCIM implementation
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) or eager to learn new technologies
• Strong consultative and customer-facing skills with a track record of delivering successful technical projects
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills independently and explore emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations
• Support complex AI deployments and leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery
• Enable internal and partner teams on technical concepts, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations to secure technical wins
• Drive customer business outcomes balancing utilization, project delivery efficiency, and CSAT results
