Description

You will support Astranis's compliance activities, manage USG contract administration, and execute regulatory strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to ensure company compliance with FAR clauses and government regulations.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree; J.D. is a plus
• Working knowledge of civil space organizations and programs
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and USG contract structures
• Working knowledge of government regulatory structures for commercial space industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities, including collaboration with internal teams and external consultants
• Manage USG contract administration, ensuring compliance with FAR clauses and proposal requirements
• Monitor and engage with administrative proceedings across USG and other national agencies
• Execute policy and regulatory strategies to support business priorities
• Coordinate with Legal and internal teams on document production and execution
