You'll build and own the entire HR function at a fast-growing startup, from operations to recruiting to culture. You'll establish policies and infrastructure from scratch while supporting a collaborative in-office engineering team. This role has a clear path to Director as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Build policies, processes, and internal HR structure from scratch
• Oversee full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers
• Gather employee feedback and implement culture improvements

📋 Requirements

• Experience owning HR in a startup or high-growth environment
• Strong operator mindset with comfort doing hands-on work
• Experience across HR ops, recruiting, and employee experience
• Comfortable working in-office 5 days/week in fast-paced environment
