💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the operations and administration of a high complexity laboratory, ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations. You'll be available to support laboratory personnel and maintain a quality system for accurate and reliable test results. This part-time hybrid role requires at least twice-yearly on-site visits to Boston.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee the overall operation and administration of the laboratory
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and other regulatory requirements
• Implement quality assessment and proficiency testing programs
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and competence of laboratory personnel

📋 Requirements

• Meet CLIA requirements for high complexity laboratory director
• Hold a current Massachusetts license as applicable
• Demonstrated experience with high-complexity testing
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems and automated instruments
