💼 About This Role

You'll provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program, serving a diverse population including Medicaid and Medicare patients. You'll close gaps in care access using technology-driven treatment delivery. This role offers 100% remote work with no weekends required.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions via telehealth platform
• Develop treatment plans for mental health and substance abuse
• Utilize comprehensive assessments for client goal setting
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in home workspace

📋 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure as RMHCI
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Private workspace for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
