🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with field leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Handle complex employee relations cases and investigations
• Drive engagement initiatives and culture programs
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple states

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience supporting multi-unit, retail, or hospitality teams
• Strong employee relations expertise
• Knowledge of employment laws, especially California
