Description

You will lead day-to-day operational excellence across EMEA, drive readiness for Nordic market expansion, and serve as a trusted escalation point. You'll build operational playbooks, mentor junior analysts, and partner cross-functionally to shape how Ridgeline supports international customers at scale.

Requirements

• 7+ years in investment operations, fintech, or financial services
• Deep knowledge of EU and Nordic financial regulations (MiFID II, AIFMD, SFDR, EMIR)
• Proven experience supporting regional or global operational models
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently across time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational support for EMEA-based customers
• Act as primary escalation point for complex regional issues
• Define and maintain EMEA operational workflows and documentation
• Lead RIO support for Nordic expansion and regulatory integration
• Mentor and guide junior analysts across regions
