🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager to achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative store team
• Promote new products via social media and customer engagement
• Manage shrink, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds
