Description

As an Electrician on the Starship program, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical components of machinery and equipment, work from blueprints and schematics, and test circuits for operability. This role is critical to supporting launch operations and ensuring reliable electrical systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience with electrical systems
• Journeyman or NCCER industrial license
• Ability to work at heights up to 500ft, in confined spaces, and with high voltage
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs unassisted and stand for up to 6 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace defective parts in electrical fixtures
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative repair and maintenance of electrical systems
• Install enhancements and major upgrades to plant electrical subsystems
• Test wiring connections with test equipment like volt/ohmmeters and oscilloscopes
