You'll oversee daily operations in a high-volume vehicle reconditioning center, leading up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll drive quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor and develop leads and associates through coaching and training
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in strategic planning and problem-solving initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and meet metrics
• Valid driver's license with clean record for 3 years

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive reconditioning
• Six Sigma or Lean certification
• Bilingual in Spanish
