💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role combines customer experience with operational leadership in a fun, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds
