🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor Engineering Directors and Senior Managers
• Drive structured planning and execution for predictable delivery
• Partner with Product and TPM leaders on scope and timelines
• Oversee technical execution and operational health of platforms

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years leading engineering managers or multi-team orgs
• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Next.js, AWS)
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred)

• Experience leading QA functions with AI-assisted tooling
• Experience in senior living or healthcare technology
