🎯 What You'll Do

• Own UX design end-to-end for portal surfaces
• Drive design decisions from customer problem to hi-fi deliverable
• Contribute to the design system with reusable components
• Lead design critique and peer review sessions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of UX/product design experience
• Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
• Strong systems thinker with scalable pattern design
• Experience in agile delivery with PM and engineering teams

• Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, matrixed organization
