💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer engagements end-to-end as one of the first Solutions Architects at Liquid AI, a fast-growing startup from MIT CSAIL building general-purpose AI systems for resource-constrained environments. You'll bridge the gap between our efficient models and enterprise customer needs, owning everything from technical validation to go-live. You'll also help build the solutions architecture function from scratch, creating playbooks and reusable assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own customer engagements end-to-end from qualified opportunity to go-live
• Build customer-specific demos and proofs-of-concept using Liquid models
• Lead technical discovery and map architectures to Liquid solutions
• Co-own the product-field feedback loop and influence roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Applied ML skills in customer-facing contexts (demos, prototypes, integrations)
• Pre-sales and post-sales experience with end-to-end technical ownership
• Strong customer-facing communication with technical and business buyers
• Understanding of AI architectures and deployment tradeoffs (token efficiency, latency, etc.)

• Efficient model deployment experience (edge, on-device, quantization, serving frameworks)
• Thought leadership content creation or speaking at industry events
• Model evaluation design and debugging experience
