You'll serve as the strategic People Business Partner for Delinea's global Go-to-Market organization, shaping people strategy for a ~500-person team. You'll drive executive-level talent development and organizational design for a high-growth cybersecurity company. This role offers direct partnership with C-suite leaders and the Chief People Officer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise C-suite on people strategy and business priorities
• Lead org design and workforce planning for GTM
• Drive talent reviews and succession planning
• Coach leaders on performance and culture

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR/People experience
• 5+ years as a Director-level People Business Partner
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives
• Expertise in organizational design and workforce planning
