Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health treatment. You'll build relationships with clinical partners, patients, and providers in your community, driving referrals and market penetration.

Requirements

• Based in Beaumont, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
