Description

As Shipping Operations Project Manager at Catawiki, you will ensure the reliability and continuous improvement of shipping operations. You will drive shipping-related initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate logistics realities into operational actions and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 5-10 years experience in shipping, logistics or e-commerce operations in technology-enabled environment
• Strong practical understanding of shipping carriers, delivery flows and operational realities within the EU
• Experience with shipping technology platforms or integrations (tracking platforms, label providers, shipping APIs)
• Ability to manage operational interfaces and vendor tooling
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and strong analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance of shipping flows across carriers, markets and shipment types
• Lead shipping-related operational initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency and customer experience
• Act as business owner of operational interfaces (tracking platforms, label providers) ensuring configurations and workflows are properly set up
• Work with Product and Engineering to support implementation and improvement of carrier integrations
• Monitor shipment performance, tracking signals and operational exceptions to identify patterns and drive improvements
