Description

You will design and build end-to-end machine learning solutions for personalization at scale, working directly with customers to drive measurable outcomes and collaborating with product teams to advance reinforcement learning algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, Data Science, Math, or Engineering; Master's/PhD preferred
• 3–5+ years hands-on data science/ML experience with production environments
• Proficient in Python (Pandas) and ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost)
• Skilled in SQL and ML pipeline deployment
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Design RL use cases from the ground up, scoping for business value and managing risks
• Build and own the full ML pipeline from data transformation to model activation
• Drive customer success through technical guidance and adoption
• Develop features and tools to scale AI deployments
• Partner with Product team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms
