You'll architect and deploy autonomous AI agents to optimize complex business workflows, sitting at the intersection of industrial systems and AI software engineering. Your work will directly eliminate manual bottlenecks and create self-improving process logic. This role offers the unique chance to build the machine that builds the machine.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive audits of existing workflows to identify bottlenecks
• Design and deploy agentic workflows using LLM frameworks
• Integrate AI agents with internal APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms
• Implement feedback loops for continuous process optimization

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in process optimization with 1 year in AI-driven automation
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean, or BPMN
• Experience with Python and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Strong API integration skills (REST, GraphQL)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agentic patterns (Planning, Reflection, Tool Use)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data parsing skills for structured/unstructured data
