You'll drive commercial success for a portfolio of accounts using AI voice agents, ensuring product adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a book of accounts and drive renewals, upsells, and expansion
• Track AI agent usage and proactively engage underperforming customers
• Debug technical issues across integrations and agent performance
• Build workflows for tracking adoption and customer health metrics

📋 Requirements

• Tech-savvy with experience building workflows and AI agents
• Excellent communication in both English and German
• Understanding of prompt engineering and APIs
