You'll join the FP&A team at Redwood Materials, owning consolidated financial reporting and long-range modeling for a battery recycling leader. You'll produce board-ready materials and drive strategic financial analysis that directly shapes capital allocation and growth decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly consolidated financial outlook and close reporting
• Maintain long-range financial model and run scenario analyses
• Support consolidated cash flow forecasting
• Prepare board and investor communications materials

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and corporate modeling
• Advanced Excel skills for building large financial models
• Experience preparing materials for board of directors or C-suite
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• ERP and financial planning systems familiarity
• Master's or CFA preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or clean technology
