💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Enterprise sales leadership to drive growth and efficiency in Verkada's 100+ person Enterprise business. You'll define strategy, manage P&L, and optimize sales motions through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and operationalize strategy.
  • Manage P&L including headcount, revenue, and cost.
  • Identify sales pain points and drive process improvements.
  • Develop reporting and analytics for strategic selling.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or startups.
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL/Tableau/Looker a plus.
  • Data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and first principles thinking.

  • Previous sales operations or strategy experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's from a top school.
