You'll lead the product-led growth strategy for a multi-modal AI-driven healthcare platform. Your core impact will be making Weave 'unstickable' by removing friction in the user journey. You'll leverage Agentic AI to automate complex setup workflows and drive trial-to-paid conversion improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive PLG roadmap and strategy for self-serve experience
• Optimize growth funnel using analytics and A/B testing
• Collaborate with engineering on Agentic AI workflows
• Instrument platform for product-led sales handoffs

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record in Product-Led Growth environment
• Data fluency with tools like Snowflake or Pendo
• Experience driving Activation and Retention metrics
