You'll play a dual role connecting our global team and driving strategic execution at TheyDo, an AI-powered journey management platform. You'll own onboarding, all-hands, retreats, and partner with the CEO on OKRs and communications. This fully remote role offers pre-IPO equity and a chance to shape company culture at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve the onboarding program for new hires.
• Organize bi-weekly all-hands and AI Q&A sessions.
• Lead annual company retreats and in-person meet-ups.
• Partner with CEO on OKR rollout and strategic communications.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a remote or hybrid SaaS operations role.
• Experience in people operations and event coordination.
• Proficiency with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• Background in strategy or business operations.
• Third-level education in HR, Business, or related field.
