You will serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex pre-sales and post-sales inquiries related to low- and medium-voltage switchgear, switchboards, and panelboards. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technically sound solutions that meet codes, standards, and UL procedures, while driving continuous improvement.
