As a Staff Fullstack Engineer at Midi Health, you'll be a technical pillar driving architectural reviews, mentoring engineers, and partnering with leadership to build scalable products that revolutionize women's healthcare.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling complex engineering solutions with large-scale architectural migrations in a startup environment
• Production experience with Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies
• Ability to translate vague product goals into concrete technical roadmaps
• Versatile background in consumer-facing products and complex operational systems
• Experience with agentic coding tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural reviews across multiple teams to prevent technical debt and ensure long-term sustainability
• Champion critical infrastructure upgrades as a 'part-time product manager for technology'
• Craft scalable, flexible code balancing speed and scalability
• Establish best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, and high-quality code
• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies
