Description

In this role, you will lead daily operations in the UPS shipping area, overseeing order pulling, packing, and stock management. You'll coordinate team activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality control to support efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years warehouse or shipping experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UPS Order Pullers, Packers, and Stock Clerks
• Monitor workflow for timely and accurate pulling, packing, and shipping
• Train new employees on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment use
• Perform quality checks on packed orders for accuracy and condition
• Operate forklifts and electric carts safely
